Return & Exchange Policy
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our string art, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
